Terms of Service

1. The service
MedicsCRM provides software for managing patient enquiries, appointments, treatments, quotes and payments, including AI-assisted messaging. The service is provided to clinics under a monthly subscription per the plan selected at signup.
2. No medical advice
MedicsCRM is an administrative tool. The AI assistant is restricted to logistics, pricing and clinic-approved information and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendations. All clinical decisions and communications remain the sole responsibility of the clinic and its licensed practitioners.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the procedure, pricing and knowledge-base content you load into the platform, for obtaining any consents required to message patients, and for complying with applicable healthcare, advertising and data protection regulations in your jurisdiction.
4. Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and a one-time onboarding fee applies to new accounts. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Data
Your clinic owns its data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and data processing agreement. On termination you may export your data, and we delete it per our retention policy.
6. Availability & liability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime but the service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes of clinical care.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with 14 days' written notice if the breach is not cured. We may suspend accounts used unlawfully or in ways that endanger the platform or its users.
